From the Toronto Pearson International Airport take the Highway 427 South then the QEW toward Toronto, which becomes the Gardiner Expressway to downtown exit at Jarvis and drive up North to Bloor St. (make sure to stay on the left lane of Jarvis Street other wise it will take you away to Mount Pleasant Rd.), make a right turn onto Bloor St., drive along 2 blocks then make a right onto Sherbourne St., drive 1 block and make a right turn onto Selby St., we're three quarters down the street on the left side.

By Taxi
From the airport:
A limousine door to door is C$50/55 flat rate plus tip, it is approximately. a 30 minute ride.
The airport bus is C$17/18 per person (the ride is approx. 1 hour to downtown Toronto) to the Delta Chelsea Hotel (Yonge & Gerrard St.)., take a taxi from there to #3 Selby - approx. $8/10.
Or, if you are travelling light and have plenty of time, take the public transport no. 192 airport rocket bus to Kipling subway station, take the Bloor line eastbound to Sherbourne subway, follow directions for subway, cost $2.75.
 

By Subway
From Union Station Train Station
See Yonge line directions (below), or take taxi, approximately $8. 
Bloor Line - exit at Sherbourne subway station (main exit). Cross the street walk one block south turn right on to Selby st. #3, it's a 1 1/2 minute walk.
Yonge Line - exit at Bloor subway station (south side exit) walk on Bloor St. to Huntley, turn right, walk on block to Selby St., turn left to #3, it's a 10 minute walk.
